These terms and conditions apply to the company Sudakshna and its digital databases, test applications, information, explanations, and other online services, the usage of which takes place exclusively via remote data transmission over the Internet.
The contract is formed when, following registration on a Sudakshna site, the consumer chooses an online service and receives an email confirming that choice. The customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, temporary right to use the contractual service online, limited to the usage mentioned in particular in section 6. All usage rights not specifically specified remain with Sudakshna.
Depending on the customer's selection during registration, the associated invoice is emailed with a pay/collect by direct debit instruction. The consumer has no right to withhold payment in the absence of a legal lien.
The consumer will be able to use any computer that meets the system requirements to access the digital goods. The agreement shall control the term of the right of use; such term shall be given to the client at the outset of the agreement.
The buyer is not allowed to affix any notices of copyright infringement, trademark changes, or claims of ownership to the online services.
All submitted personal data [such as title, name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card number] will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the requirements of the applicable data protection law.
We only use your personal information for order-related activities, such as providing order and/or delivery status updates and conducting internal customer analyses. Only in the context of delivery and payment will personal information be shared with third parties in strict confidence.
Our corporate headquarters are located in Haryana, India, hence the courts there have jurisdiction over any problems that may arise from the aforementioned contracts.
Pricing is totally dependent on the length and nature of the task. Once a user uses the portal services and pays for them, it cannot be cancelled at any time, and no refunds will be offered.
